About Us

Being located in Reno, Nevada, we have provided a majority of our services to clients throughout Northern Nevada. We have also completed projects located in the Eastern Sierra Region of Northern California and Southern Nevada.

Brian S. Hartman, P.E., President

Mr. Hartman is a registered Civil and Structural Engineer and has over 21-years of experience in a wide variety of projects utilizing all prevalent construction materials including wood, concrete, masonry, and steel.

Mr. Hartman has been the engineer of record on many large scale construction projects including Washoe County Middle Schools, IGT Office Expansion, Sierra Nevada Job Corps building, Moody Lane Regional Water Reclamation Facility, UNR Student Services building, and the VA Hospital Clinical/Bed addition. He is a member of many trade organizations including AGC, SEAOC, ACEC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, and ICC.

Stephen J. Cooper, P.E., Structural Engineer

Mr. Cooper is a registered Civil and Structural Engineer and has over 25-years of experience in all types of projects including residential, industrial, and commercial buildings & structures.

His project achievements include the Moody Lane Regional Water Reclamation Facility; South Valleys Library, Sierra Nevada Job Corps Campus Consilidation; Elko Middle School, and the Ormesa Geothermal Expansion.
